Stainless steel butt weld fittings from OSTP are coordinated with our process pipe offering. Delivered in grades to meet your application demands, they provide the ideal match for our high-quality stainless steel pipes and tubes.

Elbows, tees, reducers, collars and end caps are readily available from stock, along with flange joints for various applications.
With our knowledge and experience in fitting development and manufacture, we can also specially produce butt weld fittings to meet your unique requirements.
Materials and welding
OSTP butt weld fittings are created from tubes, sheet or strip, depending on the fitting design and dimensions.
Our standard stock is mainly based on EN 1.4307, 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4404 , 1.4432, 1.4462, 1.4547 and 1.4410, but fittings in other grades can be manufactured on request.
Welding Factors
For general use, our fittings are delivered with welding factor z = 0.7 and without special inspection. For fittings used in pressure equipment that require welding factor z = 1.0, we perform special inspection according to EN 10253-4.

PRESSED COLLARS
The products with dimensions from DN10 to DN600 and material thicknesses 2,0 mm, 3,0 mm and 4,0 mm are made based on de facto industry standards. These products are non-pressure-rated.
WELDED REDUCERS
Our reducers are straight reducers (L=3x(D-d)) and comply with the standards EN 10253-3 or EN 10253-4. Based on customer orders, we also make reducers with special dimensions from the size DN200 up.
