It is with deep regret and substantial disappointment that we have to inform all our OSTP customers that on the 21st of March the Finnish Nationwide Political Strike, which was earlier advised to end on the 24th March, is now confirmed as extended for an additional week to midnight the 31st March.
This is currently the latest information available to us and as we continue to monitor the situation can only confirm that should things change or further additional information become available we will make additional news announcements asap.
The impact for all our customers in countries outside of Finland / Sweden and Norway that require shipments via the Finnish Ports is a continuation of suspended deliveries of current confirmed orders to earliest possible delivery Ex-Mill Jakobstad commencing week 14. Any new orders placed from today will not be confirmed for dispatch Ex-Mill earlier than week 15 subject the available stocks and transport capacity from our logistical partners.

Customers who have critical and extremely urgent shipment needs should discuss these with their normal sales contacts as some very limited solutions may be available.
Please note BWF shipments from OSTP Örnsköldsvik Sweden and PCM are unaffected
