Therefore, as of February 2023 we will display our GHG (Greenhouse Gas) CO2 emission data, both at our own mill gates and at the customer’s gates, on all offers made through our quoter app. This data is provided in good faith as customer service support information without any liability
– The GHG data is initially based on our own calculations together with data from Carboncare, and will be verified as the work progresses, says Jyrki Sironen Sustainability Manager.
– We take pride in being the first welded tubular supplier in our industry to display emissions data on offers, and the first manufacturer of stainless steel welded tubular products with certified EPDs. We trust that this will assist in considered choices to benefit the environment, says David Garrett Head of Sales and Marketing.
